Subprocessors
Running kBooks means relying on other companies for hosting, storage and email. This is all of them. There is no second list.
What this list is for
A subprocessor is a company we use that could, in the course of doing its job, hold data belonging to you or to the people in your books. Naming them is a requirement of the data processing agreement, and this page forms part of it. Each one is bound by terms no weaker than the ones we give you, and we stay responsible to you for what they do.

This is maintained inside the product rather than written once, so a change here is a change to the real list rather than to a copy of it.

When it changes
A vendor we stop using is retired rather than erased, so the record of who held data at what time survives the edit. If you want to be told before a new subprocessor begins handling your data, ask and we will tell you.
The one that is not on this list
Your bank feed is not a subprocessor of ours, because the account with the feed service is yours rather than ours: you hold it, you pay for it, and you can end it without us. That is a genuinely unusual arrangement and it is explained on the bank data page.
